Cohearence Documentation¶
Welcome to Cohearence.
What Cohearence is¶
Cohearence is a platform for tracking, curating, and analyzing your health data. Cohearence provides the lowest friction interface for logging data possible -- your voice. Once your data is in Cohearence, we provide analysis tools and visualizations to you and your AI agent that make it easy to uncover complex insights.
Wearables are great at capturing your body's outputs — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, recovery. What they miss entirely are the inputs: how much you drank, whether you trained, what you ate, how you felt when you woke up. The interesting questions — how does my bedtime impact my mood? Do these supplements I'm taking move any biomarkers? — live in the gap between those two layers. No wearable can answer them on its own, and no habit tracker ever sees the biometrics.
Cohearence connects the two. It's a single place for:
- Passive sensor data, synced automatically from wearables like Oura.
- Subjective, behavioural signals — habits, symptoms, mood, personal records, anything worth noting — logged in seconds by voice.
Everything lands in one record, and you (or your AI assistant) can query all of it together over MCP. No fixed schema, no vendor lock-in — track anything, and take your data with you.
Find Your Signal.
Who it's for¶
Cohearence is for people who want to actually understand their own data — not just glance at a score. Some have a math background and want fine control over statistics, missing-data handling, and correlation methods; most just want the friction of tracking to disappear so a real signal can emerge. If you've ever wanted to ask "how does X actually affect Y?" about your own life and gotten no good answer, Cohearence is for you.
What's in this guide¶
-
Ingesting Data Three ways to get data in: speak it, hand it to your AI assistant, or connect a wearable and let it sync itself.
-
Data Analysis The statistical tools built into Cohearence — from a quick chart to a full correlation network of everything you track.
-
Setting up MCP Connect Cursor, Claude, or any other MCP-compatible AI client to your Cohearence data.
