Workflows¶
The pages in this section aren't Cohearence features you turn on. They're recipes: you take an agent you already have — a Claude Routine, a Cursor Cloud Agent, anything that can run unattended on a timer — point it at Cohearence's MCP server, and let it run on a schedule.
Both directions are worth setting up, and they're mirror images of each other:
- By Automation — the write direction. A scheduled agent pulls from some other app and keeps writing the result into Cohearence, so data you'd otherwise have to log by hand keeps flowing in on its own.
- Scheduled Check-Ins — the read direction. A scheduled agent reads what's already in Cohearence, connects your logged context to your biometrics, and writes to you — a morning brief, a Sunday review, whatever you ask it for.
Both need the same thing to start: a connection between your agent and your data. See Setting up MCP.
