By Integration¶
Voice and MCP are both things you do — an integration is data that just shows up on its own. Cohearence connects directly to wearables and pulls their data in automatically, no logging required.
Supported today¶
Oura Ring is currently the only supported integration. Once connected, Oura pushes updates to Cohearence in real time (sleep, readiness, HRV, resting heart rate, and the rest of what Oura tracks), so those metrics stay current without you doing anything.
Connecting your Oura Ring¶
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Connect your Oura account and authorize access.
- Cohearence backfills your history — the full import can take a few minutes — and new readings keep syncing in the background afterward.
Once connected, your Oura metrics appear right alongside anything you've logged by voice or MCP, in the same overview and available to the same analysis tools.
More integrations are coming¶
Oura is the first of what we expect to be several wearable and app integrations — Cohearence is built to be vendor-neutral, so it never assumes a particular device's data model. If there's a device or app you'd like to see supported, email us at [email protected] and tell us what you're using.
